How Did You Get Started?

My dad was really into working out and he got me into bodybuilding around the age of eleven or twelve. I became serious about it in 9th grade when I felt smaller then everyone and I turned to weight lifting to fix that problem.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I usually take Monday off because I train hard on the weekends, but every time I workout I make sure I put 100% into it. This is the routine I use now:

  • Mon: Off
  • Tues: Biceps and Triceps
  • Wed: Chest
  • Thurs: Shoulders
  • Fri: Back and Lats
  • Sat: Biceps and Triceps
  • Sun: Chest and Shoulders

Cardio: I play soccer for Fermi High so that takes cares of the cardio and attributes to the low body fat.

Forearms: Every morning before school I do wrist curls until I can't lift my hand up to do the next rep.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I eat A LOT of protein. You can eat as much as you want as long as you do the right amount of cardio so you can get lean. Don't ever forget your protein shake.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

100% Whey Protein.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because when you hear the kid next you say "man I worked out hard last night" and then a week later he never talks about it and you ask him if he is still working out and he says "uh no I can't" or "no it takes to much out of me". After someone tries to work out they realize that its not as easy as it looks and it takes serious dedication. You can just be lazy and not do it or you can get down to the gym and hit up the weights and you'll set yourself apart from everyone else.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan to compete in contests and hopefully a short-term goal is to bench 250 before the New Year.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

"You get out what you put in." I don't care if you got a ghetto ass bench in your cellar, or you go to a high class gym...just be there and put in the time and you'll get results.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

My favorite body builder is either Jay Cutler or Gunter Schlierkamp.
