How Did You Get Started?
About one and a half years ago my brother started working out. He was taking the school weight training class. The next semester I signed up for weight training too. I couldn't let him beat me so I give all of my credit to my brother (Joe Chmura). He always pushed me to get stronger, and do more reps.
I was also motivated by my classmates. I hate the fact of being weaker than somebody. So I strived to do my best. Before long I was second strongest in the class, and I was addicted to bodybuilding. Since my brother was on supplements I always worked as hard as I could. He bought Muscle and Fitness magazines and as soon as he was finished reading them, it was all mine. I have to thank him again and again for helping me get to this point. Thanks Joe.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Well a good dose of cardio always helps get you lean. I do cardio almost everyday. Here's my workout plan.
Sample Training Week:
Tuesday - Back/ Triceps
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders/ Arms
Friday - Chest/ Back
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off
Monday-Friday - Cardio, one to two hours a day
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Mostly I just eat right. My parents are against me taking supplements for the most part so I just deal with what I have. I eat a lot of eggs, rice, and not too many beans but a good amount of them. I stay away from soda and sugary drinks as much as possible. And I eat tons of whole grains. Love them. Cereal, sandwiches, bagels, and all sorts of breads.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Well, do to the fact that I do not take supplements I can only tell you what tastes the best to me - Chocolate Muscle Milk. The kind that comes made up already.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it gives me something to work towards. Just knowing that I can pick so much weight up is awesome. It just makes me feel better about myself. It relieves stress and in the end you feel accomplished.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I'm not sure. I would like to enter competitions in the future but if I am to do that I need to step up the notch and gain weight on a regular basis.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Always push yourself, and never give up. No matter how hard it is to get that rep up.
