How Did You Get Started?
I got interested in the bodybuilding game, when my buddy offered to sell an old universal machine to me. I knew it was time for change; my body was rather small and skinny. I bought the machine and never looked back. I started gaining all kinds of muscle and I am very happy that I did start.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I try to get as many meals as I possibly can during the day, which is about 5 or 6. If I can't get to a meal in time, I usually break out the protein bars. I eat a lot of tuna, chicken, grains, fruits and Whey protein. As well I drink lots and lots of water, so far so good.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Whey Protein has given me some great gains as well as Cell-Tech Creatine; I've noticed the most muscle gain off those two supplements. I also use L-glutamine and Multi-Vitamins all together they seem to work.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because of the reaction it sends off to people. It's nice to walk into a room, where everyone is staring at your arms, it gives you some great confidence. It is also great for yourself, it builds discipline and structure in your life and you look great in the process.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
For now just keep lifting and getting bigger, I hope to hit the 260 lbs. mark or higher and after that see what I want to do with it, for now it's just a really great hobby for me.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
The biggest advice I can give bodybuilders is NOT TO GIVE UP, I see a lot of people quit and it really pains me to see this, after all Rome wasn't built in a day, these things take time. And for bodybuilders to worry about nutrition first and the workouts second, its all about nutrition.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, Frank Zane, Lou Ferrigno, and even some of those big guys in pro wrestling like Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Batista. They have all been a huge part in building me.
