How Did You Get Started?
My friend, who is now a cyclist, lent me his dumbbells to look after. I started using them in my bedroom and it developed from there. I went a bit miss-shapen at first because I didn't really know what I was doing, but through books and research I learned about how to train and it's now the best thing in my life.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
My best workout plan is the one I'm on at the moment. I train for 3 days then I miss a day and then 3 days again and it goes round in a cycle. I do 4 sets of 8 for everything I do:

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Eating a lot about every 2-3 hours. I try to reach the ratio 30% protein, 40% carbs, 30% fats. I eat a lot of pasta, tuna, chicken and eggs. I have also recently started eating mixed nuts - These are great for carbs!
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I Have tried a few but I thing the best ones were, 'protoplex', 'whey protein' and 'egg and milk protein'.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it gives you so much confidence! I use to be quite a shy person but since I started I have just gained so much confidence. The pump that I get when I am in the gym is amazing; I really love the feeling that your muscles are expanding so much they feel like they could pop! Also it is great when on a beach or in a club when walking around without your top on and everybody looks at you. I know that's pretty big headed but it's one of those added bonuses that I love. It works wonders as well when you're on the pull!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I would love to get into competitions or do some sort of modeling. I've been told I had no chance in a teen comp so I'd love some feedback on that.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
It's vital that you vary your training programs about every 8 weeks because your body gets use to routine and will slow down so results will take a lot longer to achieve.
