How Did You Get Started?
It all started when I was 16 and was just working out in my hometown gym. Another bodybuilder notice the amount of strength I had for being so young. He said that I had a good frame for bodybuilding. The next thing I know I'm doing my first show and placed 3rd.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I work out 4 days a week in the winter and 6 days a week in the summer. My workout as of now is:
My first leg day is always more targeted to the front of my quads, and the second leg day is more so for the sweeps of my quads.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I usually eat anything in site if I'm not gettin' ready for a show. So in the off season I make sure I am eating 250grams of protein and 300grams a carbs daily. But when training for a show I diet for 3 months minimum.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The supplements that I've seen the most gains from would have to be Muscle Milk. Especially after a leg day, when I need the recovery the most. Since I've taken Muscle Milk my weight is always goin' up.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because I love the second look people give you when you're walking down the street. Some people look at you and say oh he's just another rip guy. But when you're a bodybuilder they look at you and say that guys a freak. And every time that happens it just makes me want to go further in bodybuilding. Also when I'm in the gym working out, its like everything goes away - it's my stress reliever.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future plans are to compete again in May 2008. That's it so far, depending on how that show goes. If well then the all Ontario's in June.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Never forget your legs.
