What supplements gave you an edge?

I don't use supplements yet.

How did your passion for fitness emerge?

My passion for fitness started because I had to improve for sports. The sensation and strength increases were amazing. When people started to notice the changes, it motivated me to push harder. Healthy living is something everyone should experience. I feel much less stressed when I focus on my diet.

My future plans are to compete. I plan to build muscle gradually and improve my arm size to 17 inches. I want to become a coach and open a gym to help people become fit.
