How Did You Get Started?

When I was 14-years old my two older brothers always worked out and they inspired me to start working out to gain muscle. I have always been a skinny kid and I wanted to change that, so I read and read articles on Bodybuilding.com to further my knowledge and be the best of my ability in and outside the gym.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You

The main workout plan for me has been changing over the 2 years I have been training since I am still learning my body and how it reacts to different rep ranges and amounts of set I do per body part. My main set range varies per muscle but I keep my reps around 8-10 during off-season and 12-15 once it gets closer to summer.

Day 1: Chest/Abs

Day 2: Quads/Hams/Calves

Day 3: Back

Day 4: Shoulders

Day 5: Off

Day 6: Biceps/Triceps

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

My favorite supplement is 100% whey protein since it has the nutrients I need for after my workout. The next supplement would be a multi-vitamin and then casein to help recover my torn muscles.

What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?

I'm self-motivated because other kids my age are out eating whatever they want and doing things they shouldn't be doing while I have a strict diet and it makes me different from everyone else.

What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?

Freshman year I was skinny and I had no confidence in my appearance in the way I presented myself to the world.

What Are Your Future Fitness/Bodybuilding Plans?

To keep doing what I am doing and try to spread the knowledge I have learned through these two years and to keep on learning everything there is to know about bodybuilding so I can change the way people treat their body and everyday lives.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors?

Although I don't compete, the one tip I can give is never give up on what you want and never doubt yourself because you have to believe in yourself before anybody else would believe in you.
