With higher intensity during our training body transformations are made, unwanted fat will be gone and our maximum potential will be met.

What is your BodyGroup about and who are the members?

We are a group which believes that anything worth doing in life is worth the full effort. We know if we want results in fitness, the full effort will make or break our goals.

Why did the founder start the group?

As a former gym owner, the typical member would come in and give the gym a half-hearted try and see little to no results. This discourages people from reaching their goals. With the BodyGroup it is possible to encourage and motivate others to push themselves to be better.

What have your results been with starting the group?

With more than 1,500 members in the group I have seen some radical differences in physiques. Whether weight loss or mass is their goal, goals are being met!

How do your members use the BodyGroup feature?

I have encouraged the members
to use the feature for anything fitness-related. I have found if someone writes about a problem they are having another member will help with trying to solve it.

Who are some of your notable members?

With 1,500 members, they are all notable. We have some major weight loss and others who have competed in bodybuilding, fitness and modeling.

How would you explain the attitude needed in your group, to a new member?

We strive to give our goals the 100-percent effort. If we fall short of our goals and have given it 100 percent then we have won.

In what way has motivating other BodySpace users given you the ability to push yourself to new levels?

As long as they maintain their BodySpace, I am going to check on you. If I haven't heard from you I will send you a message. I won't let you fail if you give 100 percent.

What would you tell someone who is contemplating making a commitment to joining your group, to motivate them to make the commitment?

Everyone motivates someone sometime. Help motivate others by sharing your training, diet, supplements and stories. If you motivate someone, you too will be motivated.

How do you think the group mentality applies to your personal life and how has it helped?

It has provided the same attitude in everyday life. If you want something, go out and put everything you have into it. If you don't get what you want, you have still won.

Why join your group as opposed to other transformation groups?

I feel we have a full commitment of our members. We have those who are seeking weight gain, weight loss, health issues. We are for everyone.

How do you feel, is the best way to motivate others within the confines of the group page?

Members will motivate each other. It's all about one human being wanting to help the next. As long members maintain their BodySpace page, one of us will reach out to them.
