What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
A high quality whey protein has been a staple of my diet from day one. Combined with glutamine and creatine and I am able to pack on as much muscle mass as needed. I used Prolab whey protein exclusively for this last contest prep, so if your wondering if it's a high quality supplement, look at these pics.
