How Did You Get Started?
I started working out to relieve stress from medical and graduate schools. In '98 I competed for the first time and won the novice lightweight division in Puerto Rico. After that I was hooked.

Offseason: high protein switching between white and red meats with complex carbs. In addition to protein shakes and protein bars, I eat 6 or 8 times a day at least.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
It's a lyifestyle, it is discipline and it is a lot of self power to bodybuild and compete. In addition, I love the changes during the precontest prep and finally the rush of being on stage...it's a thrill worth the effort.
