Well as of right now I looked on your website and I do a full body workout 6 days a week.

My basic plan is drinking whey protein four times a day. It has 30 grams of protein per serving. I take in a total of 200 grams of protein a day.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The best supplements out there right now are 1-Test, No2, and Whey Protein. But No2 gave me the best overall results as long as you are taking enough protein with it.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I like bodybuilding because it's fun to stay in great shape. It's fun to be able to wear things showing off what you worked so hard for.

Right now my plan is to gain about 30 more pounds of muscles in 3 months. I've been 210 lbs for a year now, it's time for more muscle.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
I'll say to other bodybuilders stay up and stay in. It's very easy to stop working out. Work out as hard as you can everyday you're at the gym like it's your last day on earth.
