How Did You Get Started?
I have been working out since high school and wanted to look good and excel in sports. I was a little chubby in my early years. Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding got me motivated to make a change and pick up weight training and now I can't stop!
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I train 5 days on, 2 days off. I hit every body part once a week and follow a higher volume training system and incorporate very heavy HIGH-INTENSITY moderate rep training, mixed with a lot of isolation and super-set exercises with higher reps.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
SAN Infusion, Glutavescent, Thyrocuts 2, V12 and BCAA-Pro.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I like the fact that it makes you ask yourself "What are you all about?" and forces you to get "In the Trenches" and "Make It Happen". It is all about you and combining the variables of consistency, desire, vision. It challenges you and makes you better, physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. I always say, "You can stay in the doldrums waiting for things to happen or you can Get In The Trenches and Make It Happen... What Are You All About?".

I will enter my first contest in 4 weeks, The MuscleMania Natural Bodybuilding Championships in Las Vegas and eventually I wouldn't mind if I could become a MuscleMania Pro!

You win by attrition. Any progress towards your goal is progress so just stay consistant... remember that! Don't Sleep and Make It Happen!
