How Did You Get Started?
I was very athletic in school and had always found strength training to be enjoyable and rewarding. It was very easy for me to make changes in my physique. After graduating I stopped making physical fitness a priority and coasted along with what I had previously attained. At 21, I decided that it was time to get back into the shape that I knew I was capable of and began weightlifting. Thank goodness that my God-given genetics were just waiting for the chance to help me get into the best shape of my life. After a few months in the gym, everyone was telling me that my structure was perfect for bodybuilding and that I should consider competing in the future...nine years and numerous hours in the gym later I entered and won Overall at my first N.P.C. competition!
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
3 Days On...1 Day Off
Day One: Back, rear delts, biceps, and abdominals.
Day Two: Chest, shoulders, triceps, and calves.
Day Three: Legs.
Cardio: 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Train to achieve your own "personal best". Work within your genetic structure without attempting to alter it with enhancement drugs. Never sacrifice your health for a trophy!
