How Did You Get Started?

I was working a bodybuilding show and at the time I was involved in power lifting. I, along with the others around me, was talking trash about the guys on stage. I thought to myself instead of acting like these clowns I should get up on stage and see how I fare. 7 weeks later I entered my first show and placed 4th. I hate to lose so I told everyone that I would be back next year and I would bust their ass! And I did!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I train heavy, 6-8 rep range, 4-5 sets and 4-5 movements per body part. I only train one body part per day, except for abs and calves, which I alternated every other day. I usually trained 2 on 2 off 3 on 1 off.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I try to eat healthy year round. Eat big for big gains!

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Methyl-D, M1-T, Finnigen-X, Muscle Milk, V-12, TRAC, Vitargo, and Flintstone vitamins have given me the results I need!

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Hmm! ?Cause I'm a glutton for punishment! I like to see how far I can push myself and I am a competitive person by nature.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

To continue to grow and improve the quality of my physique. I really don't have a competing agenda but if I get the urge to get onstage I will.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Exercise your brain! Educate yourself in the various aspects of bodybuilding and fitness. Share what you learn with others and help them move towards their goals. Seeing someone you helped succeed is just as rewarding as your own success.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Lee Priest and Tom Platz are definately my favorite pros.
