Dating is hard. For athletes or those who take their fitness routine seriously, dating can be harder.

If you’re looking for someone who will gleefully trade traditional happy hour for an iron nightcap at the local gym, you just may be in luck. Say hello to FITFCK

FITFCK (pronounced “fit-eff-see-kay”), is a fitness dating brand designed to connect like minded gym lovers through IRL fitness dating events and a soon-to-be released fitness dating app.

The brand was founded by Jamie Wykes-Hobday, who was dumped just weeks before heading to the stage for a bodybuilding show. Wykes-Hobday made it his mission to find a way for competitors such as himself to connect with similar individuals, increasing their chances for successful and healthy relationships that complement their lifestyle.

With no known competitor in the space, Wykes-Hobday and FITFCK have skyrocketed to the top of the list for fitness brands to watch in 2023.

While the FITFCK app won’t be launching until 2023, the team has managed to build community through grass root marketing and live events. The most recent meetup proved to be most successful. Bringing 150 attendees at The Chelsea Lodge in London, guests ranged from personal trainers and regular gym goers, to influencers, famed YouTubers and competitive bodybuilders. A DJ was present as guests mingled, danced and yes, planned gym dates. A reported 30 “couple-ups” were made within 24 hours.

“I know just how beneficial our cause is for like-minded gym goers. Whilst we are developing genuine relationships, dates and meetups within the fitness industry - our last event truly cemented that we are creating more; we’re creating a community,” said Wkyes-Hobday.

While an organic footprint is important, there comes a time where every brand needs investors to enter the next stage of growth.

Cue OnlyFans founder Tim Stokely, and gaming YouTubers Sam Harry (“Chaotic”) and Martin Wood (“SXVXN”). The three announced their [separate] investments into FITFCK in the fall of 2022.

“I’m delighted to announce my investment in FITFCK,” said Stokely. “Having known Jamie for over three years now; his vision, drive and determination coupled with the brand concept is something that I fully believe in.”

Coupled with Harry and Woody, this powerful trio has the expertise to bring FITFCK into the online creator universe, becoming an Omni-channel digital brand in today’s influencer driven industry.

“We’re excited for what the future holds for our brand,” says Wykes-Hobday. We’ll continue to establish extremely strong, user-focused experiences for our community and being able to expand with such great minds influencing our strategic decisions will set us up to ‘win’ content-creation!”

FITFCK will be available for IOS and android users in 2023.
