How Did You Get Started?

I began bodybuilding on my first tour to Iraq as a way to pass time. The results I got were amazing and I just kept studying ways to improve my body. I continued to learn more and more about bodybuilding and decided that staying natural was the way to go. I decided to compete in the NGA natural bodybuilding competition on March 29th, 2008 and won the lightweight & overall to earn my pro card. This was my first show and it was amazing. The feeling you get when you step on stage is overwhelming. I will continue to train and teach others what I know and hope to have best physique some day.

    7:00 am (Meal 1): 6 egg whites 4oz Grilled chicken
    1/2 cup oatmeal

    9:00 am (Meal 2): 50 grams of protein
    6oz Tuna

    11:00 am (Meal 3): 8oz chicken breast
    Medium sweet Potato
    4oz mix vegetables

    1:00 pm (Meal 4): 8oz Grilled chicken
    8oz green beans

    3:00 pm (Meal 5): 50grams of protein

    5:00 pm (Meal 6): 12oz Tilapia
    8oz mix veggies

    8:00 pm Dinner (Meal 7): 8oz chicken breast & medium sweet potato

    10 pm (Meal 8): 50 grams of Protein

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Before I workout I always take a serving of NO-Xplode. It gives me the pump I need. For the necessary Creatine I Take CellMass which fills me out really good. For Protein I take Isopure. It mixes well with water or milk and goes down easy.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because it keeps me focused and teaches me how to live a healthy lifestyle. It has taught me how to cook and I don't have to rely on fast food anymore. I also love the competitiveness of it. I want to always be better than the next guy. I'm always looking for ways to improve my body and I don't want to have any weakness.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My future plans are to hopefully get sponsored and be a nationally accredited bodybuilder. I'm a new NGA natural pro bodybuilder so I'm hoping to stay on the right track.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

  • My tip would be to train hard when you go to the gym - don't be distracted.
  • A good diet is as important as training.
  • You don't have to be the biggest guy to win, just try to be the best at what you do and well rounded.
  • Hard work will payoff.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

My favorite bodybuilders are: Arnold, Ronnie Coleman, Gustavo Badell, and Dexter Jackson.
