How Did You Get Started?
I began weight training on and off for the past two years. But it wasn't until about 11 months ago that I got very serious about dieting and training. I have many goals in my life I wish to pursue and accomplish. I am very blessed to have the love and support from friends and family who have kept me going and continue to be my inspiration each day.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I love to switch my routine every time I am in the gym. I make sure to work each muscle group once per week with the exception of abs 3 times per week and back and hamstrings two times per week. I give each muscle full recovery after every session. I also incorporate plyometrics and fun activities such as kickboxing, basketball, biking, and bleachers, basically anything fun and active.
I am very basic and traditional when in training. I like to add a couple of basic moves in between sets just to keep my heart rate up. For example jump rope between sets, incline/decline pushups/pull ups on back or chest days, squats/lunges on leg days, etc.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
- Multi Vitamin
- Fish Oil
- 5 Whites
- 1/2 Oats
- 1/2 Banana And Cinnamon
- 1 Tbs Almond Butter
- Take Glutamine after training.
- Fish Oil
- 4 Oz Protein (Chicken, Tuna, Tilapia, or Flank)
- 1 1/2 Cups Of Spinach Or Green Beans
- 1 Scoop Whey
I love to add onions and bell peppers to a lot of my meals. I also make a lot of hard boiled eggs for days I do not have time to prep. Throw some of those bad boys on a salad and some balsamic vinegar and you have yourself a no cook easy meal.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Fitness has really turned my life around. It not only has become a part of my everyday lifestyle but I have also been able to adapt myself to bigger and better possibilities that will benefit my life and the life of others. Fitness is my way of living it is a choice I have decided to pursue and I believe it is a lifelong journey. After all it is what will keep a healthy ticker tickin longer.
What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?
My family, peers, and supportive friends. Just knowing that my actions can be somewhat of an inspiration to others keeps me wanting to achieve bigger goals.
What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?
My "motivation" I have many more goals I have set out for myself in fitness and I know that this is just the beginning of a great achievement.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I have many goals I wish to accomplish. One project I am currently working on is to get my very own youth program up and running. The idea of this is to give opportunities to those kids who feel they lack with their physical abilities. Whether you are an athletic teen or inspired by the sport I want to give each youth an opportunity. I will teach them healthy eating habits as well as demonstrating exercises all the while making it fun and easy to learn.
My second goal is to successfully get started in my career. I have high hopes of educating the kids for a better tomorrow. I have goals set to do this is in classroom as well as becoming a Motivational Guest Speaker for many schools around the nation.
My third goal and one I have been putting off for quite sometime. I plan to take myself to my very first Figure Competition. I will no longer procrastinate my abilities and I will give it my 110% and not only do this for myself but also for friends and family who have inspired me as I do for them.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Don't be afraid to test your limits. Ask questions and lots of questions. Always stay positive and know that a small gesture will go a long way. So get out there and do something good for yourself all the while helping reach out to your community. :)
