How Did You Get Started?

I got started in 8th grade with our school's summer weight program designed to get incoming freshman ready for football. After I got into weightlifting I discontinued other sports and concentrated on weights.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Of all the workouts I've tried the best for me was two muscle groups a day 1-2 times a week.

  • Mon. Chest and Tri's
  • Tues. Back and Bis
  • Wed. Shoulders, Neck and Abs
  • Thurs. Legs
  • Fri. Restart program with slight variations
Also, every two weeks I would change my lifts from low rep/high weight to high rep/low weight.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

My best nutrition plan was a balanced diet.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because the way it makes me feel and look. Plus it's an excellent stress reliever.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, Frank Zane, Lou Ferrigno, and even some of those big guys in pro wrestling like Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Batista. They have all been a huge part in building me.
