How Did You Get Started?
It all started when I was a 245 pound overweight teenager who got made fun of constantly throughout high school. My junior year I decided to join track and do a lot of cardio to lose weight. I lost 100 pounds within a year and was as skinny as a rail. I remained this way my senior year, until I went to college. When I left home to go to college I stated to my friends, "I will come back a different person and body".
Of course they all laughed, but believe it or not I came back that next summer bigger and more cut. My roommate and I at school lifted together everyday pushing each other to the extreme limit. When I go home on the breaks I lift at the Ultimate Gym and many of the bodybuilders told me to enter a competition for teenage divisions. Now, a 19 year old sophomore in school I competed in my first competition against men and placed 6th. There was no teens at this event and it made me more motivated to compete in more because I now know I can compete with some adults. It’s now a lifestyle that I want to continue.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
When I bulk up I eat large amounts of food, but the healthy stuff and at least 300 grams of protein a day. Since I'm at school it’s hard to eat like a true bodybuilder, but I manage to get around it somehow. I like to eat Greek food so on cheat days Ill have a Gyro or Ice Cream. When I prepare for a contest I cut carbs down drastically and uptake protein to about 390 grams a day. About 6 meals a day during contest prep.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
To tell you the truth all I use is Glutamine, Creatine Monohydrate, Whey Protein, Amino Acids and a Multi-vitamin. I believe Tuna fish and dry chicken are the best sources, which is my top supplement because of the protein and mass it gave me.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it is now a life style to me. I love going to the Ultimate Gym and seeing the same guys bust their behinds day in and day out. It’s a very challenging sport that separates the men from the boys. It’s a hard sport due to the fact of the dieting and it's a single person contribution. I body build to prove a point to all those who always doubted me and thought they were big in high school.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan on continuing lifting and entering more competitions in Connecticut and New York. I also plan to be a certified trainer and help those who want to become one of these other true lifters on this web site.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
To start off is don't give up, be yourself and do what you can do not what the other guy is doing next to you. I lift with my close friends and other hardcore lifters in my home gym and that's it, you don't want a complainer lifting with you.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilders are Franco Columbo, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kevin Levrone and the local guys at the Ultimate Gym who tell me the best tips for best results. I look up to these guys and the staff. Thanks.
