How Did You Get Started?
I got started bodybuilding about 2 years ago when my grandfather bought me a bench press for Christmas. At that time I was in 8th grade and a very lean, skinny kid. Since then I have grown a few inches and packed on about 30 pounds of pure muscle.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
My plan as follows:
- Mon: Chest and Triceps
- Tues: Back and Biceps
- Wed: Rest and usually some extra aerobic activity
- Thurs: Shoulders and Traps
- Fri: Legs
- * I do some type of aerobic activity everyday as well as abs.
* Also, my workout plan changes due to contests

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The supplements that have given me the greatest gains have been Nitro-Tech and just pure protein. As I said above, I can't get enough of it. I eat tuna and beef all the time. I also eat a variety of protein bars. That helps me when I feel weak after a workout.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future goals in bodybuilding are to compete in a August 18th competition and eventually compete in tournaments on a regular basis.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
If I had one tip to give to teen or older bodybuilders it would be something that has been said so many times: "No pain, no gain!" I love the pain and that is the reason I go to the gym. The next day I am hurting, sore, tired, etc. You just have to keep on trying until you get results.
