How Did You Get Started?

I started lifting for wrestling in high school. I started seeing changes in my body and loved it. I wanted more. Then I watched a bodybuilding competition, it made me want to compete. I wasn't exactly sure how to do the diet or anything so I got help. I placed at my show, but just placing wasn't good enough for me. It made me work even harder and just want it more!

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because it is fun for me and my family. My parents have a lot of involvement and as much interest as I do. Also because of the feeling you get when you get a compliment or you notice changes in your body. You feel good about yourself and you know you've worked hard. Lifting weights is a fun way to be healthy.

What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?

I have always been for the most part healthy because of wrestling. My parents, people at the gym, friends, and the changes you see in your body all help motivate me to stay healthy.

What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?

I have played sports all of my life so I have always wanted to achieve my goals. I crave doing something spectacular in a sport which keeps me working hard. Then in high school I realized I wouldn't always be able to wrestle, but you can always be healthy and compete in bodybuilding. So here I am.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I am competing in the 2011 Teen Nationals on July 22 and 23, using Alex Azarian as a trainer to get ready, I am hoping to do well and from there I want to continue to go to bigger and bigger shows to compete against the best. I would like to eventually go pro and have a sponsor.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Intensity is key! Anyone can lift weights but not everyone can work their hardest.
