Meso-Tech: Good Or Bad?

Muscletech Meso-Tech also has 10 grams of glutamine, which is excellent for recovery; I feel having it with a MRP is better than on its own so it can get into the muscles same to as the protein and speed to recover to promote growth.

Hi I'm back with my new monthly article, SADEKS SUPPLEMENT REVIEW, in this new series of articles I will tell you about a supplement each month that I have used and strongly recommended or do not recommend you buying for maximum gains that everybody works for.

This months supplement I will be talking about is Muscletech Meso-Tech. This is a MRP (meal replacement powder). These are like your regular protein powders but have the right amount of carbs, vitamins + minerals and other supplements like glutamine for example.

Muscletech Meso-Tech

  • Contains 106% BETTER PROTEIN than Calcium Caseinate
  • 10 grams of GLUTAMINE and GLUTAMIC ACID per serving!
  • The ONLY meal supplement containing Exculsively WHEY PROTEIN!!
  • Contains a Proprietary Blend of EFAs.
Back to Muscletech's amazing meal replacement MESO TECH, this supplement is very good. It has a whopping 52 grams of protein in it, which some people might say it is too much but I say after training your ass off for about an hour you got to eat to grow and getting that much quality protein can only help your cause.

Muscletech Meso-Tech also has 10 grams of glutamine, which is excellent for recovery; I feel having it with a MRP is better than on its own so it can get into the muscles same to as the protein and speed to recover to promote growth.

Anyway enough with nutritional talk lets talk bodybuilders jargon. Muscletech Meso-Tech tastes bloody awesome. The first one doesn't taste very good and will take you 20 minutes to drink it but after that you will down it like nothing else.

Also, Muscletech Meso-Tech has very low carbs and only 8 grams of sugar, which is very good for bodybuilders on a pre contest diet as its sweet and very hunger satisfying. It is a little bit more expensive than the others not by much though and is worth buying.

If there is a supplement you would like me to review email me at jamessadek@optusnet.com.au or if you have any questions about this amazing MRP.
