How Did You Get Started?
I started working out in junior high when I started playing football and wrestling. After I graduated is when I really started bodybuilding. The more results I saw, the more I wanted to work out.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I work out six days a week so I can really separate the different muscle groups I work. Giving rest to all the different muscles is the key to getting bigger and stronger. Good cardio is needed to get ripped. As much as most people hate it, you have to do it if you want to get ripped.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
A lot of protein and moderate carb intake has worked best for me. Protein is really needed to grow muscle and although some people say not to eat carbs, if you work out a lot you need them for energy in your workouts.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I just love staying in shape and fit. I also love competition and always have. When you see another guy in the gym that's bigger, stronger, or more ripped up than you are it gives you encouragement to work out harder and improve where you need to. It's also great to set a goal and achieve it, whether it's in the gym or in life.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I don't have any set plans for my future in bodybuilding. I do plan on staying in the gym and I guess I'll just see where it gets me. I hope to one day be able to compete in a real competition and win.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Just don't give up. It's easy to get discouraged when you're not seeing gains or improvement, but it will come. Keep working at it and you will achieve your goals.
