How Did You Get Started?

I started lifting because I always wanted to have a strong body and be the biggest kid around. As a little kid I would do push-ups, sit ups, pull ups and run just to be ahead of all the other kids. Around 9th grade I decided to step it up and hit the weights for bigger gains. I am glad I have a very dedicated attitude and got into lifting.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Everyone's workout plan is different because they desire different results. Here is the plan I use and a couple workouts I do on that day:

Monday - Chest

Tuesday - Legs

Wednesday - Back

Thursday - Shoulders

Friday - Arms

Saturday - Cardio

Sunday - Rest

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I don't have any set eating plans. I do eat healthy though, eating mostly organic food. Stay away from fast food and soda and also bad ingredients like high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils and aspartame. Things I mostly eat include steak, eggs, cereal, and chicken. I also make sure to drink lots of water. Eat until you are satisfied.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

American Whey Protein and N02 Black (great for pumping you up).

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because it is a great lifestyle. I love being in shape and seeing results from hard training. I also like the respect you earn from people.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My future plans are to stay dedicated and lift heavier. When I am a bit older maybe consider entering competitions but for now just learning and training hard.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

I would tell people two things. One is to use correct form while lifting. It is important to grow your muscles properly. Second, always go to the gym even if you don't feel like it. It is important to stay on task.
