How Did You Get Started?

I started a year ago in summer because I was bored. I had always wanted to workout but never came around to actually doing it. So finally I signed up to a gym.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

The workout plan that worked best for me was:

  • Mon- Chest
  • Tues- Back
  • Wed- Shoulders
  • Thurs- Legs
  • Fri- Biceps/Triceps/Forearms
  • Sat/Sun- Rest

I do about 5-10 minutes of abs after every workout.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For Me?

I try to eat about 4-6 meals of healthy food a day. I eat a lot of meat to get the protein I need. Not including my meals, I drink a liter of milk, eat a can of tuna, and eat 3 fruits everyday.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I have only used Mammoth 2500 by Interactive, and Creatine. I have gotten great gains from both of them although the gains from creatine disappeared when I stopped using it. I am planning on using Glutamine in the future.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love it because it keeps me busy and makes me feel good about myself. I am stronger, healthier, and in better shape than ever before. I love the burning in my muscles when I'm lifting weights and the soreness I get the next day. I also like learning new things, meeting new people at the gym and the compliments are great too.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

Well, I just want to reach my goal of being 200 lbs. of muscle. This will keep me busy for a while.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

LIFT BIG, EAT BIG, and SLEEP BIG! The top three things are very important for gaining muscle and keeping it on. Also, if you don't already have a trying partner, you should get one because you can reach your maximum potential if you have someone to motivate you and keep you going. A little competition doesn't hurt either.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

My favorite would probably be Arnold because he is the one who made bodybuilding known to the rest of the world.
