How Did You Get Started?
I began bodybuilding when I was 14 and at that time it was more for sports than anything else. After I began to see the results I was getting and liked what I was seeing, it was then that I knew that bodybuilding was for me and that's what I wanted to do.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I find that the best routine for me is a 5 day split with bis and tris on the same day.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I will only watch what I eat before a contest, during the offseason I try to stick to non-fatty foods and a high protein diet.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The best gains I have seen are from serious mass and my favorite supplement vanadyl. It helps with muscular strength and hardness.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding is the only sport where you're going one on one with everyone else; you're the only one you have to depend on. There are no teammates you can pass the loss off on. The pressure is all on you and you are the only one that can make yourself win.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future plans are to gain more size and strength. I think in order to compete on the next level it's going to take hard work and serious sacrifice.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
My advice is to listen to the older and more experienced bodybuilders around you. They have stood in your shoes and they know what it takes to succeed. I also think that it is important to be yourself.
