How Did You Get Started?

In High School I was always lifting weights for sports. I was in football and wrestling. So, I have been lifting since I entered high school. After football season my senior year I decided to try lifting for size and shape rather than brute strength.

My uncle, who used to be a competitive bodybuilder, has helped me along the way, and given me motivation and taught me different techniques and lifts to maximize my time in the weight room.

He has also taught me about supplementation and eating healthy. In my opinion, eating healthy is essential to be successful at building your body the way you want it.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Before each lift, I warm up with a quick game of basketball and a 10 minute jog on the treadmill.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I eat as clean as possible, and I try to eat a lot of protein throughout the day. I usually have a protein shake for breakfast and a protein shake post workout. For lunch I have something quick like a turkey or ham sandwich.

For dinner I have a clean source of protein (usually chicken) carbohydrates (commonly noodles) some type of vegetable, and fruit. I drink milk and plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. I try to stay away from junk food as much as possible.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Isopure Mass is the best protein supplement I've tried so far. SuperPump250 gave me the best results for a pre workout supplement. Nitrix was awesome because it increased my vascularity and more nutrients were able to get to my muscles.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because I love working out, and sculpting my body the way I want it to be. It takes a lot of dedication to be a bodybuilder, and I love the rewards you get when you see the results of eating healthy and lifting hard.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

Keep lifting hard, eventually cut and gain more muscle definition, possibly train for competition, not sure yet. Continuously work at making my body better!

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Work hard in the weight room. Train intense and rest afterwards, minimize distractions. The worst thing when training is getting distracted and not getting a good intense workout.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

My favorite bodybuilders are Ronnie Coleman, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Dexter Jackson. They are all huge, have worked extremely hard, and gotten great results from their training!
