How Did You Get Started?

I got involved with the wrong crowd in high school and started doing things that I should not have been. Weightlifting opened up a whole new lifestyle for me and completely changed my life.

It is and was the only part of my life that I am 100% dedicated to.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Through trial and error I have found that working abdominals like it is any other muscle and never working upper body 2 days in a row produces great results. Separating a push and a pull (chest/back) does not make it okay to work upper body two days in a row.

I get a lot of people showing me their routines and that is always the first problem I see. My routine always changes and I work in groups of 3 (Circuit Training).

Basically I will get 3 stations set up and go from exercise to exercise with little to no rest. My rest is when I set up my other weights. I increase the amount of sets when I struggle with a difficult exercise. Although my abdominal routines are the same throughout this example, they change every week.

I am preparing for a photo shoot currently and this is why you do not see a rest day in my split. 95% of the time I take a day off.

This is what I did last week:

Day 1: Chest/Triceps

Day 2/Day 4/Day 6: Abdominals

Day 3: Back/Biceps

Day 5: Shoulders/Traps

Day 7: Legs

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love the results. Bodybuilding is an addiction. The lifters high is a feeling no drug could ever compare to. The feeling of accomplishment, focus, physical control, increase in pain tolerance, and increase in mental control is something I never want to live without.

What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?

Myself. Every action has a purpose, if I am going to be exercising and trying to follow a healthy lifestyle, why not give it everything I've got?

My aspiration to become a fitness model also motivates me.

What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?

I've given up on several goals in my past and becoming a fitness model is one that I will never give up on.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I would like to be a fitness model in the future and eventually start my own line of Natural Supplements.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Make sure you balance rest, nutrition, and training equally. You can train as hard as you want but with poor nutrition and lack of rest you will not achieve your goals.
