How Did You Get Started?
I got started training when I was 15 in high school. I used to be on the track team where I met the weights, and I started to love them. Soon enough I began seeing a significant muscle increase and it motivated me to continue and explore this fascinating world that continues giving me joy and happiness.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I work out 4 to 5 days a week, 2 muscle groups per day, varying the angles and trying to surprise the muscle with supersets, maximum contraction, and more intensity.

Close Grip Bench Press: 4 sets of 10 reps
Hammer Curl: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
