Q
How did your fitness journey begin?

I started training six years ago to get better at rugby and tennis. My goal was to increase my muscle mass. I only did bodyweight exercises for the first two years, but developed a passion for training and spent the past four years working to become a bodybuilder.

What workout regimen delivered the best results?

What nutrition plan fueled your body?

My diet is simple because I don't take supplements. I just eat lots of healthy food after training. I increase the amount of food if I'm bulking or decrease the food if I'm cutting. I currently keep my body fat at 10 percent.
