How Did You Get Started?

I began my fitness journey a year ago when I decided to join The Pink Physique gym. My trainer is Alli Kerr. My ultimate goal was to get in shape so that I could live a better lifestyle. I never knew that I had it in me to compete in a competition that would challenge me in every way possible. It challenged me mentally, physically, and spiritually and really made me see what I was made of.

To make it in the figure division, Terra must earn muscle. No sweat!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

The workout plan that worked best for me when I'm competing is to do my cardio in the morning and strength train plus additional cardio in the evening. Here is a breakdown for a week in an off season:

Day 1: Back/Rear Delts

Day 2: Back/Traps

Day 3: Cardio Only
Day 4: Legs

Day 5: Cardio Only
Day 6: Abs

Day 7: Cardio Only

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I would say that the whey protein has given me the most gains. I am able to take it after my strength training. I love that it is easy to mix and easy to digest. You can also take it between meals.

Why Do You Love Fitness/Bodybuilding?

I love fitness due to how it has inspired to me change my life. In changing my life, I believe that I have also inspired others to do the same. This is not a 3-month fix, it is for a lifetime. Living the fit life has allowed me to feel better about myself and given energy I never knew that I had.

What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?

The biggest motivation for me is seeing the new changes in my body every week. It motivates me to work even harder to reach my goals. Knowing that the end is near and that I gave 100% makes it worth it.

What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?

The challenge of knowing that I put 100% into achieving my goals makes me work harder every day. Seeing those that made a decision to change their lives by adopting better eating habits also inspired me to do the same. I believe that iron sharpens iron and there is no better iron than the one that I pick up at the gym.

What Are Your Future Fitness/Bodybuilding Plans?

My future plan is to obtain my Pro Card in the Figure Division. I have my Pro Card in Swimsuit, but the ultimate is building the muscle that I know is needed to compete in the Figure Division. It makes me enjoy the road getting there.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors?

One tip that I would give other competitors is to not be so hard on themselves and to enjoy the journey. Make it a memorable one because when you reach that goal, it's on to another one.

Who Are Your Favorite Fitness Competitors/Bodybuilders?

My favorite fitness competitors are Nicole Wilkins, Erin Stern, Adela Garcia, and Tanji Johnson.
