Lena Johannesen
Lena Johannesen was born in Norway on a cold winter morning. She is an only child and became very independent. Lena started bodybuilding at the age of 16, but soon didn't like the amount of muscle she was putting on so she turned to fitness. At her first show she placed 5th and has been rising in the ranks ever since. In 1997 Lena decided to move to California to be closer to the fitess industry. She has over 17 pro shows under her belt and we will be seeing more of the Lena Johannesen in future shows.
