Our Over 40 Bodybuilder of the Week was...
How Did You Get Started?
I joined a club and got a trainer because I had always wanted to bodybuild and I liked the way the women looked. I had also had three children and needed to get back in shape. I trained hard six days a week for two or three years and then started competing.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I train six days a week because I can put more work into each body part but also train heavier.
Sample Training Week:
Tuesday is shoulders & lunges.
Wednesday is biceps, triceps, abs and cardio.
Thursday is legs and calves.
Friday is back, lunges and cardio.
Saturday is shoulders, biceps and triceps again.
Off-season I'll do cardio 3 times per week at 30 minutes and contest time I do 45minutes to an hour 5-6 days per week.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I use a high protein - low carb plan most of the time but it varies. My contest weight has been 125# and my off-season weight is usually about 155#.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love the look, the competition and the rush being on stage in the spotlight.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am currently working on re-making my website, www.wandamoore.net and trying to put on some more mass in the off-season. I currently plan on going to the 2008 NPC Nationals in Atlanta and will probably do another show too.
