How Did You Get Started?
I was a chubby kid, so I started with aerobics classes at 14. I saw a pic of Cory Everson in muscle and fitness in the early 90s and fell in love with muscle. I started competing as a way to distract myself from turning 30!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I train 4 days a week. Since I am bringing up my back I train it 2x a week. 1 day I train for thickness, the other for width.
Here's an example:
I train other body parts 1 time a week and keep rep ranges 6-10, except for legs which can go up to 25 reps per set. I do rest pause and drop sets to really push myself to failure.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
For contest prep, I usually keep protein high and carbs fairly low. My trainer, George Farah does my diet, so I do what I'm told! Off season is still clean, just more food and I add in fruit and more starchy carbs.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I think taking in enough protein is key. I take in 2 shakes a day on or off season.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love pushing myself and seeing results! I have made my best friends from this sport, that is the icing on the cake!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am currently prepping for the NPC nationals in Dallas in November... trying for that pro card!

Never give up! Train eat and sleep to your personal best.
