How Did You Get Started?
I started training eight years ago for high school football and track. My parents bought me my first gym membership at a small local private gym. This gym was in walking distance from my house. I got lucky because the other gym members took me in and showed me the ropes of lifting. One thing I liked about this gym was when you were a member you got a key and could go anytime you liked. I would walk to the gym and stay there for up to three hours, learning and lifting.
After a year or so all the older members were asking me how to do things, and wanting to train with me. When I started high school I was about 160 lbs...by my senior year I was 215. I just completed my fourth year of college at West Liberty State college, where I played football for four years as a fullback. I also did track at WLSC, The events I did were: shot put, discus, and hammer. My second year of college was my most memorable because our football team won our conference championship and I won the conference in track that year in the shot. I am studying Exercise Physiology at college and I only have one year left.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it is a sport where you are by yourself. If you fail then you have no one to blame but yourself, and there is no one there to put the blame on you. I also love bodybuilding because there are so many different body parts to train; it's not like a sports practice where you just train on the same drills each day. Bodybuilding is also great because what you put in it is what you get out of it. Also in bodybuilding there is always room for improvement and room for learning.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am just beginning in this great sport of bodybuilding. My future plans are to get my weight up around 260 lbs and cut down for a show in the near future. I would like to do a show within a year. I am the type of person that takes each day as it comes.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Don't use a scale to see your gains, use a mirror and it will tell you the truth.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilders are Jay Cutler, Mike Matarazzo, and Brad Hollibaugh.
