How Did You Get Started?

As a child, I was overweight, I knew nothing of exercise, didn't play sports and was a chubby little girl pretty much up until my Senior year in high school. I ended up losing weight the unhealthy way, which was not eating and/or binging then throwing it up. Once I entered college I there gained the freshman 20! That summer I went home and vowed that I would lose the weight once again the healthy way.

At that point there was no stopping me. I went back to college for my sophomore year and began with taking aerobic classes and from there went on and on. I have done a 360 with my physique and had learned so much in my years. My motivation is to make every individual I work with know and understand that they have it in them to for a healthier lifestyle and transformation.

I work an individual body part daily.

Day 1: Back
Day 2: Shoulders
Day 3: Cardio Only
Day 4: Abs/Calves
Day 5: Biceps/Triceps

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love the way it makes me feel inside and the way it makes me look. I love the discipline and the demands it puts on a person to strive for the very best and never giving up. It is good for the spirit and makes you feel and look so much younger and vibrant!

Looking in the mirror every morning and being grateful to be alive and healthy and the ability to be a motivator and inspiration to my clients, and all the people who know me and will know me!

I was always the chubby girl and I had the desire to change that... that's all I needed.
