How Did You Get Started?

To be honest I really began working out after watching cartoon like Dragonball Z, Thundercats, X-Men, etc. I always wanted to be able to do the things they were able to do and look like them, much like every other kid, so I started doing pushups and sit-ups every night in my room and took it from there.

Over the years I have been working on becoming one of the strongest and best figures around. I have a long way to go but I feel I am on the right track. My goals include becoming a famous fitness model, owning my own gym, inspiring everyone I meet to reach their fitness goals, and to have a blast while doing it all!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Day 1: Legs/Abs

Before the gym, whenever I have a few minutes of free time during work, I usually walk around doing lunges, calf raises, and air squats. I don't really have a set number of reps.

Day 2: Biceps/Triceps
Day 3: Back/Shoulders/Abs
Day 4: Chest
Day 5 And 6: Off

Day 7: Repeat Cycle

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Sadly my nutrition isn't the greatest. I eat what I can get when I do not work through meals. But when I do eat, my meals usually consist of cookies, meat, and vegetables.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because I am constantly challenged to surpass all of my previous accomplishments. I am constantly working on my strength and a physique I wish to mold into the best on the planet!

What Motivates You To Lead A Healthy Lifestyle?

Staying healthy has always been extremely important to me. Living longer, looking and feeling great, and being able to remain active, even as an old man, has been an important part of my future plans in life. I want to be able to run, jump, play and see the world, long after retirement.

Living a healthy lifestyle is the best way to continue to live like a big kid. Besides, if I ever got fat my friends would make fun of me.... I can't let this happen!

What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?

My love for competition has made me want to achieve my goals above all else. I hate losing. Seeing others achieve their goals has always motivated me to accomplish my own goals and surpass them. I grew up reading Greek mythology, it has always made me feel as if I could push myself beyond my limits and do the impossible.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

I personally need the all the tips I can get, but if I could give one tip it would be to have fun and enjoy the process! Enjoying the process of perfecting your body will help you to stay consistent and do your best on your fun filled journey!
