How Did You Get Started?
When I was 15 years old, my dream was to build the all natural perfectly proportioned body in the world. So every day since then I have been working to make my dream a reality.
I knew I had to gain the knowledge to accomplish my dream. I talked constantly to dieticians, nutritionist, well respected personal trainers, and bodybuilders, read books, surfed the internet, read magazines, became a certified personal trainer and nutrition.
I knew the knowledge was out there I just had to go out and get it. In my journey I realize that there are many different opinions. Fact is that genetics play a big role. But with hard work, dedication, determination you can accomplish anything.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
In my opinion you don't want to get caught in the trap of a fixed workout plan. I disagree with training each body part once a week on a planned day.
My workout plan is to build every part of my body to grow in proportion, meaning if I feel a particular body part is lacking I must hit it twice or three times in a week and eat and sleep accordingly to make sure that body part grows in proportion to match my body.
I believe that there is a certain amount of muscle mass you should have to make a perfectly proportion body accordingly to your height. So my workout plan is to build every body part to grow in proportion. As a personal trainer and nutritionist I've learned to tailor a diet and workout plan to an individuals needs.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I am that dedicated that everyday is a diet day for me. If I do cheat I make sure that I burn those calories so they don't store as fat. You don't want to get caught in a trap of a fixed diet because you will crash.
Keep your protein intake a gram and a half to two grams per pound of body weight. My nutrition plan is as follows; lean protein sources such as lean ground beef, ground chicken, egg whites and tuna. I also ingest high fiber foods such as; oatmeal, fruits, veggies and brewer's yeast.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
The reason why I love bodybuilding is it is my passion. I love the challenge of attempting to create the best all natural perfectly proportioned body. I love it so much I became a certified personal trainer, nutritionist. I wouldn't mind talking and living the sport 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Which is what it takes to get significant results.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
To prove to the masses that with proper training, diet and the right supplement combos is ALL YOU NEED to build a great physique.
My main priority in life is to help others accomplish their dreams and goals. Anything is possible for those who try. So we all must try till we die! I chose this profession because I knew that I could significantly increase many people's self esteem and if others are happy so am I.
In life if you make others happy you will be happy! I guarantee anyone results if they follow my program and advice. For ten years all I focused on everyday was to become extremely knowledgeable in this field, so I can help others. I also can give you fact with the presence of my body.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
All natural and extremely proportioned. And their muscle mass matches their height. I believe the next generation of bodybuilders should have to learn to mold their bodies without the use of steroids. Steroids destroy lives.
