How Did You Get Started?
I have been an aerobic instructor since 2002 and danced all my life. When people at my gym started competing and showing me what it is all about, I decided to give it a go. My twin sister and I now both train for fitness competitions. I also miss performing on stage!
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Interval/Cardio always in the morning 4-5 times a week.
I do shoulders, legs, back, chest and arms on different days. Always keeping it quick, double and triple sets with a plyometrics set to keep the HR up. Abs, abs and more abs. My trainer is always mixing it up to keep it fun and exciting. I work with Jen Hendershott team at Live Phat!

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love the way I feel after a great workout! Knowing that I have a group of dedicated members waiting for me to teach at 6am is inspiring.
I love the challenge of training for a show and the rewards of the big day.
I want to be healthy and active till I am older than the hills!
What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?
My sister and my friends/co-workers at Fitness Focus (my awesome gym!) motivate me. When I hear that I motivate and inspire our members, it makes me want to push it harder and better for them!
What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?
One day, about 3 years ago my sister and I decided to commit to our first show. When we set our minds to something, we give it 100%! Amiee (my sister) is the most important reason I do this because I can do it with her!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I will always want to teach aerobics and I want to be on the national stage and place top 5 before I am 30 yrs old!
