How Did You Get Started?
My first experience with weightlifting was at a very early age, while I was still attending my elementary school. I used old homemade weights which had been used by my father and my uncle. I convinced several of my friends in secondary school to lift at a gymnasium with me nearby. In college, I also made time for lifting weights. In 1990, I began to train completely to compete in bodybuilding. I obtained very good results and kept trying until becoming the "National Champion". These days, I have my own gymnasium called "Sun", in which, of course, I continue to follow a training regimen.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
With respect to my training, I design routines that will give me benefits, personally with variety in the types of routines I design. Generally I train four to six days per week, according to the routine that I have chosen. Also, I choose the routine according to the objective that I am perusing.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding is so special as an activity because in addition to being excellent for enhancing sports performance, it is a constant challenge to me. Everyday I look to improve my body and athletic state, which has been the basis for improvement in all other sports. It is a way of living life, and the benefits one receives in the gym can be carried with them to every other aspect of their life.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan to continue with the sport of bodybuilding, entering competitions, and eventually perfect my body to the point that an international match is a possibility in the future.

My favorite is the historical and always champion "Arnold", the inspiration for thousands of bodybuilders. Flex Wheeler and Kevin Levrone have spectacular mass and harmony as professional bodybuilders as well. My favorite female bodybuilders are: Cory Everson, Denise Rutkowski, Lenda Murray, Monica Brant, Mia Finnegan and all the girls of Fitness.
