How Did You Get Started?

I am a former Gulf War Veteran (13 years). I have always worked out and always wanted to get on stage. Then I met Robert Williams (Captain of team physic). Under his supervision I won my maters pro card at the Mount Rogers NGA, November 17, 2005.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I enjoy a mass building routine:

DB incline press, T-bar row and LEG press: 6 sets of 6 - I go from one exercise to the next with 5 min rest in-between. Be advised I am talking heavy weight: 12 45lb plates on the leg press, six 45lb plates on the T-bar row, 120lb DB incline press and heavy hammer curls; 80lb.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What works for me? Mass building-wise: white chicken, brown rice, mixed vegetables and protein shakes?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I must say Isopure protein and Animal packs, Animal Stack, NO-Explode and Cell Mass.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

My name is all over it because I am very dedicated and work very hard to acheive my goals.
