Erin trains hard, and her elite body needs all the support it can get—including dietary supplements. "In my experience, supplementation has helped with muscle recovery, muscle growth, and overall health," says Erin, a Dymatize Nutrition athlete.
She suggests starting with a few key items and building from there. First up, protein. "It's the building block of muscle, so you need that," she says. "It helps me recover. It's sounds bad, but I will take half a scoop of protein powder at a time and just dump it in my mouth. I'm not going to make one of those mug muffins in the microwave, because it will explode. I tried."
When it comes to supps, she's mindful about what she puts in her body."It's important to know why you take something," Stern says. "You're not just going to walk into a store and pick things off the shelf. Knowledge is power. Definitely read up on it."

Interesting, I have read that vinegar slows digesting which helps curb hunger and reduces insulin spikes. Another article I read mentioned that vinegar could aid in shuttling carbohydrates into muscles instead of fat.
Stevia? not sure what the combination is or why, I personally just like stevia as my primary sweetener.
