Sarah Wilkins is a nutritionist, business owner, researcher, and author. In 2009, Sarah graduated with highest honors from Montana State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition Science. Sarah went on to start a successful nutrition counseling business, No Excuses Nutrition, in May 2011.

In 2013, Sarah competed in her first fitness competition, the Washington State Championships, and placed 3rd in her bikini class to become a nationally-qualified NPC competitor. Sarah currently keeps busy with nutrition clients, nutrition research, and writing. In her spare time, she loves to bake protein treats, lift heavy things, snowboard, ride horses, and spend time with her husband and 2-year-old daughter.
