The Buff Dudes are willing to put a lot of work into an idea that may seem on its face to be pretty simple. Take their (supposedly) award-winning protein ice cream. It contains just two ingredients and could be made in about half an hour, but the recipe takes the guise of an epic cinematic drama that, to be honest, we'd probably watch…as long as we get to eat the ice cream while we do it.

Check out the video, make the treat, and you'll agree with critics that it's "an exhilarating look into the struggles of modern day America's relationship with ice cream-making cave dudes."

  1. Stir together half-and-half and protein violently. Put them in an ice cream maker that has been frozen thoroughly (your machine's directions may vary). Slowly pour the mixture into the ice cream maker on "mix" mode and let mix for 15-20 min.
