I am a T7 (complete, 13 yrs post injury). I have a question/comment about your diet. My issue is that I just can't eat that much food day in day out. I guess it takes food so much longer to process it's way through my digestive tract, that I get very bloated, and just too full to eat that much consistently. Any thoughts? I take in about 1600-1900 cal daily. I would be 6' even if still walking, and I weigh 180. Thanks man
