Welcome to Muscle Update. I thought a good beginning would be to give you some background on who Anita Ramsey is so you know where I'm coming from. I'll be brief so stay with me. I've been involved with bodybuilding since the first time I stepped on stage back in 1988 and on a lot of different levels: competitor, writer for several magazines and Web sites, Personal Training business (Contact me for rates), and sponsored athlete for many different athletic businesses.
