Hi I live in Cyprus (an island off South of Europe for those who don't know where it is!! and it's a Greek Island)
So we do not have Crystal Light. I do not know what it is. If you could explain to me what it is, then I could get something similar. Thanks. x
Crystal light is a sugar free lemon flavored drink mix. Hope this helps.
Hi there. When I made this recipe I didn't have crystal light so I used almond extract in it place. About 1/4 teaspoon and you can experiment with different ones vanilla,lemon,orange.... I thought they turned out great.
I have "Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal" every morning. I cook 1/2 cup oats in unsweetened almond milk, then add 1TB natural peanut butter and 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder. Its SO good!
You Can use any kind of milk, I usually use the regular one, but I guess that If you use the coconut milk the flavour will chance a lot! If you watch the pumpkin protein bars v�deo, Jamie will talk a bit about kinds of milk!
