These are very good. I like to use the Thousand Island on sandwiches, and the Caesar on salad. I absolutely love Walden Farms!

Great with chopped veggies as a dip, or chicken spinach salad. I add some Plain Greek yogurt to it to thicken it up

I've only tried the honey dijon and the sesame ginger. I rank 7 overall for the dressings as I am sure I will find some are better than others. The Honey Dijon on it's own is weird and not something I could just necessarily use as a dip. It's great with my shredded chicken and mixed in with that and rice. Makes contest prep that much easier to eat chicken chicken and more chicken. This hellps make my shredded chicken almost seem like I'm eating chicken salad. But gave this a 6 because unless mixed with veg/rice and chicken or something else it's not very good. I probably would not just slap this on a salad. The sesame ginger is the bomb. It's like making a stir fry out of anything. I love this on my tilapia. This add just the right flavor profile to fish and rice dishes. I'm sure I will find other uses for this as well. I also would eat this as a dipping sauce for something like dumplings or potstickers. Even egg rolls. But again, this is a contest prep life saver. Edit: Chipotle Ranch, not good by itself but great mixed into shredded chicken or rice. This stuff is saving me in prep. I've also recently tried the Asian dressing. Another good one, would give 8/9 rating. it's hard to mess up stuff that is mostly vinegar based. I like this one much like the sesame ginger.

I had such high hopes for the dressing as the BBQ sauce and Pancake Syrup are AMAZING. But the taste of the Honey Dijon was just off and it felt really chemically to me. Not good. Oh well!

For what it is, it's surprisingly pretty good. I was hesitant at first, but once you get tired of choking down dry chicken breasts, this is a nice change up from my usual hot sauce. Obviously its not as good as the real stuff, but for 0cals it's close enough. Definitely makes dieting a little easier.

This is one of the best flavors I have tried of this product. I really thought from the beginning I would love this, hence why I bought 2 bottle! It has a spicy kick to it, which is awesome, especially on chicken spinach salads. I recommend this product. Its good when you are watching macros !!

I am obsessed with the sesame ginger dressing! The ingredients are clean and everytime I eat it I feel like I am having Chinese food! It works great in salads, on chicken, eggs, etc; SOOO good! The best part is it has a 0 Macro profile so I can smother my food in it if I want to. I should measure it out, I go through it so fast.

Taste is terrible.

these are great to help eating salads without adding a ton of fats and calories buy using normal dressings. i would recomend them, but only buy one at a time because i find some are great and some i would not buy again.

If you're on some poverty macros and cutting, then these are a decent buy. however the taste is slightly odd so I only use a little bit so it isn't over powering. I've only used on chicken with salads. Honestly not the best tasting things in the world but you can't expect actual creamy dressings for 0 calories.

These dressings are a must have for contest prep! The Balsamic is my favorite. :-)
