I have tried several different Creatine products over the years, cycling on and off every couple of months. I found that this product definitely did not cause the usual, bloating/water retention most other creatine products I have tried have caused. It also mixed extremely well with water, juice or smoothies. It was definitely a good deal for the quantity to cost ratio. however, I didnt see the reduction in recovery time, the added energy from creatine stores, or the increase in reps during an average workout. This product wasn't a waste but I wouldnt try it again. I cant recommend it based on my experience. Unless you know micronized creatine works for you and you want a creatine that doesnt cause bloating.

PrimaForce CreaForm has been a good supplement for me. It's unflavoured so it tends to taste a bit chalky. I mix it with apple juice or any juice and it will mask the chalky taste. There was no problem with clumpings. I have tried a few other creatine products but i'll feel a bit bloated with others. With PrimaForce CreaForm, there was none (not sure about other users) The best thing with PrimaForce CreaForm is the recovery, strength gain and the endurance. And it works!!! Price wise, it's considered a good deal for 1000 grams compared to other brands. I recommend you to try!!!

Mixing: Mixes well with warm to hot water. Taste: Give it a 5 out of 10, tends to bitter out what ever you add it to. Previously used cellcor product and mixed with tea, however this doesn't taste so good in tea. Today I mixed it with some Purple Wrath BCAA, couldn't even taste it. Just mix it with a juice to hide the taste. Value: Great value, like a zillion servings in this tub.

Creatine Mono...I am currently loading this 15grams a day for 10 days, then 5 grams PWO. This has zero taste and its from PrimForce who does independent lab testing on their products so I trust that they are the best.

It's creatine. Works for me. Creatine either works for you or it doesn't. If it works for you this is a good product. Cheap and mixes better than most.

I personally noticed and felt the effects of PrimaForce's CreaFrom much quicker than the other Creatine Mono products that I have tried.

I took a year off from lifting and my arms had just become smaller and weaker, i would get a burn off 8 reps of 10 pound dumbbells, now after 3 weeks on this im doing 12 reps with 20 pound dumbells 3x, my bench went from 50 to 110 pounds....this really does work and help you get your strength back,as far as results ull see that ur getting stronger..only downside ull see is maybe some trips to the restroom..but overall i love this product and would recomond it to anyone looking to get back in the wieghtroom and rejuvinate thier body

Great quality and price

I have been using this product for about 2 week and can already tell a difference. Its not too heavy when you take it with a juice and it mixes extreemly easy. I can't tell if there's an aftertaste. I would recommend this creatine to anyone.
