Directions For Select Protein 4 Oats:
Step 1: Prepare 1/2 cup of your preferred oatmeal according to its instructions. We recommend avoiding instant (60-second) oatmeal for texture reasons. Do not add Protein4Oats to oats before cooking.
Step 2: After your oatmeal is cooked to your liking, stir in 1/4 cup of Protein4Oats powder.
Step 3: Continue stirring until Protein4Oats powder is mixed thoroughly into the oatmeal.
